This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the prohibited uses of NezChat's services, platform, and website. This policy ensures that our services are used safely, lawfully, and in a manner that respects the rights of others. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

Illegal Activities

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation, including those related to data privacy, intellectual property, and export control.

Harmful Content

Transmit, store, or display content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. content that promotes violence or discrimination is strictly prohibited.

System Abuse

Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of our systems, including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without authorization. Interfering with service to any other user, host, or network (e.g., DDoS attacks).

2. Usage Restrictions

  • No Spam: sending unsolicited communications (spam) via our platform is prohibited.
  • No Data Mining: scraping or harvesting data from our services without express permission.
  • No Reverse Engineering: attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the services.
  • Identity: impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this AUP. Actions may include:

  • Removal of prohibited content
  • Temporary suspension of your account
  • Permanent termination of your account
  • Reporting to law enforcement authorities
